  • Payment methods
    Zelle, venmo, cashapp, paypal, credit card, google pay, apple pay, bank wire, klarna, afterpay, cryptocurrency. If you do not find the payment method in your checkout, reach out.
  • Import duties and taxes
    International shipment - Duties are calculated separately and you can opt for pre paid duties. Contact us via live chat to do so. Otherwise, import duties are charged by your local country upon delivery US Domestic shipment - Taxes are charged upon check out
  • How will my item be shipped?
    Internationally shipped with Fedex/DHL/UPS US domestic orders take 2-5 days for delivery and international orders take 3-7 days for delivery
  • Shipping terms
    We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier, or errors on the part of the carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions and standards in your local delivery area. We cannot be held responsible for errors made directly by the shipping company. If a claim or package tracer needs to be filed because of negligence or error on the carrier's part, we will assist you in any way possible in obtaining that information. All shipments are shipped signature required and should not be left by the carrier at an alternate address. If a package is not properly delivered due to an error on our part, we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible in whatever manner necessary. We can not use a customer's own carrier account number (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) for shipping an order under any circumstances.

  • Returns
    Step 1 - Email us Start your return by emailing info@nucleusplanet.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Step 2 - Pack Carefully Please secure all returns and exchanges in the original manufacturer's packaging and box with all accessories and manuals. We recommend double boxing your return by securing the manufacturer's box inside of another box designed for shipping. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a restocking fee. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the shipping box. Step 3 - Ship the item back to us Please ship your return to the address provided with your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to us. If you received a shipping label with your RMA#, affix the label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at the designated drop-off center. After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method or replace your order (less any return or restocking fees if applicable*). Please allow up to four billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 days of return. What if my product is defective? Eligible products that are deemed to be defective during our 30 day guarantee may be exchanged for a new, working unit. Conditions and Exclusions All returned items must be in like-new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Electronics Expo can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
